in compensation for a minimum of capital investment.

MHE® and Bio-Eco® chemical products, all are free from any classified hazardous chemicals, according to ECHA/REACH pesticide register.

  • (1) MHE®FF & MHE®PFF - developed for wild forest fire fighting, without polluting ground water and arable land, saving lives and properties.
  • (2) Bio-Eco® spray-on impregnation of natural fibre to withstand ignition in contact with open flames
  • (3) Bio-Eco® spray-on impregnation of natural fibre to withstand black mould, algae, fungus and rot attacks, especially on sawn timber etc. It is in use since year 2022 by Swedish saw mills.
  • (4) Bio-Eco® cleaning products of a number of different applications, both for industrial use, as well as for households.
  • (5) Bio-Eco® disinfection liquid to get rid of multiresistent staphylococcus bacteria (MRSA) as well as E-coli bacteria.
  • (6) MHE® powder additives for synthetic materials (PUR; PU-foams (MDI/TDI); PVC-resins; PVC-film; Polyester; EPDM-rubber; etc.) to withstand ignition in contact with open flames.
  • MHE® consists of 3 liquid products and 5 powder products for different applications in target (see below).

Bio-Eco® liquid products are developed for about 18 different applications in target.

    The applications in target concern

  • a.) Cleaning products - TT10/TT11/TT12/TT14/TT15/TT16/TT17/TT18/TT19

  • b.) Impregnation products - TT30/TT31/TT32/TT33/TT40/TT41

  • c.) Surface Top Coating products - TT20/TT21

  • d.) Disinfektion product - TT51 (to get rid of MRSA staphylococcus bacteria and E-coli bacteria)

All Bio-Eco® developed products are based on food grade chemicals in approved quantities and concentrations, encapsulated by cellulose/lignin - connected to suitable natural organic minerals - to meet the applications in target and to withstand water solubility.

MHE® product applications are all based on weak organic chemical salt compositions that belong to the group of food grade chemicals in approved quantities and concentrations

MHE® product applications are the following,

    • 1.) MHE® FF respectively MHE® PFF. developed for wild forest fire fighting, without polluting ground water respectively agriculture soil, saving lives and properties.
    • 2.) MHE® 101 aimed for impregnation of cigarette outer wrapper, respectively tobacco plug wrapper, or any other very thin paper, to withstand ignition in contact with open flames.
    • 3.) MHE® 11211 aimed for product integration into PU-resins, respectively PU-foam (MDI/TDI) to withstand ignition in contact with open flames.
    • 4.) MHE® 41444 aimed for product integration into PVC-resins, soft PVC, respectively PVC-film.
    • 5.) Other MHE® chemical composition products are developed aimed for integration into Polyester, Polyamide, EPDM rubber etc.

The IP product technology development of MHE® & Bio-Eco® chemical products, all absolutely free from any classified hazardous chemicals, has come to an end.
It's time to establish the developed toxic-free product on the international commercial business market.
Due to that, it requires another business orientation, leaving R&D to the advantage of market and sales.
Hopefully, the transition will benefit all company shareholders.

The new owner of the IP product technology developments will initially be supported by Trulstech Group in mission to guarantee a cost-effective production in combination with required product functionality meeting the commercial market demands.

MHE® treatment of PU-foam respectively PVC-film have been tested by the Swedish accredited fire safety test institute RISE (www.ri.se) in accordance with the European fire safety standard regarding construction materials.

Bio-Eco® Impregnation respectively Disinfection liquids have been tested and certified to meet market demands on functionality by accredited test institutes - RISE respectively Medical Sciences at Örebro University in Sweden.

    • NEWS HISTORY
    • In Q3/2023 - the business market interests in MHE®FF & PFF increased rapidly, due to the frequently occured wild forest fires on the continents of North America and Europe.

The market interest in acquiring Biomimetic Technology Ltd became obvious, requested by a number of company stakeholders in the US and Canada, that have led to on-going business negotiations.

    • In Q2/2022 - Bio-Eco® TT-51 a disinfectant liquid product was developed.
Bio-Eco® TT-51 was tested by the Medical Sciences Institution at the Swedish University in Örebro.
Bio-Eco® TT-51 disinfectant tests showed an excellent result getting rid of multiresistant bacterias, like S.aureus & E.coli, wherever TT-51 liquid is applied.

    • In Q4/2020 - Bio-Eco® liquid products were developed for cleaning respectively impregnation to withstand ignition in contact with open flames. But also impregnation to withstand black mould, algae, fungus and rot attacks on wooden materials.

The already developed MHE® powder products for impregnation of synthetic materials, still belong to the company IP technology.

Hereby Biomimetic is able to offer toxic-free and eco-friendly products for treatment of both synthetic and natural fibre materials.
In Europe and in North America are the only national territoris where toxic-free and eco-friendly, in nature biodegradable chemical products are on the official agenda.
Furthermore, the fact that Bio-Eco® products are recycled of waste materials from the plant kingdom reducing the CO2 impact in the environment, is really up-to-date in Europe and North America.

    • Q1/2015 - Q2/2019

MHE® 41200 - developed specially aimed for Cellulose Wool.

MHE® 41200 meets the fire safety demands regarding flame retardant functionality with focus on the most difficult challenge to stop glowfire to occur in cellulose wool at decomposition due to fire.
The target has been to develop a cost-effective, without any classified hazardous chemicals, in nature biodegradable chemical products to become a good alternative to replace the cheap, but most harmful and frequently used Borax flame retardant applied on cellulose wool.
The bulk price in combination with the all over production cost doesn't differ too much between MHE® and Borax.
But still, it is up to the flame retardant business market to tell if MHE® 41200 might be what they are looking for to get a natural non-toxic and eco-friendly alternative to existing harmful and frequently applied Borax on cellulose wool.

        MHE® 11211 - developed specially aimed for PU-foam

MHE® treated PU-foam is one of the latest product applications that has been successfully repeated several times at the R&D laboratory in Finland.
MHE® 11211 is added to mono-propylene-glycol before ICN is added to start the chemical reaction to get PU-foam.
The following link on Internet www.youtube.com/trulstechgroup shows short videos of MHE® treated PU-foams.
