Absolute toxic-free chemical IP product technology developments of

    BACKGROUND

    In year 2009, Trulstech Group was invited by the former Prime Minister (PM) Gordon Brown together with UKTI (UK Trade Invest) to set-up a chemical laboratory and a manufacturing plant in Yorkshire County regarding the business developments of absolute toxic-free chemical additives and standalone products.

    The reason for the invitation offer was said to generate jobs in the Yorkshire County for students in Chemistry from the universities in Leeds, Sheffield, York and New Castle.

    All in compensation for £ 5 million GBP.

    Trulstech Group trusted the business invitation in written signed by the UK Government, and established the British company (2009-03-27) - Biomimetic Technology Ltd -
    to become the hub of the absolute toxic-free chemical product developments made by Trulstech Group.

    In April 2009, PM Gordon Brown lost the election to PM David Cameron.

    In the end of April 2009, PM David Cameron stopped the promised payment of £ 5 million GBP - the compensation for moving the chemical R&D engineering business from Sweden to UK.

    Suddenly, Trulstech Group had invested capital funds in setting-up premises and employees in the Yorkshire County, without receiveing any of the in written promised £ 5 million GBP, in compensation for moving the chemical R&D engineering business to UK for setting-up laboratory and manufacturing, as agreed in written with the UK Government.

    The R&D engineering business of chemical product developments continued, focusing on cost-effective high-tech chemical additives and standalone products - aimed for fire fighting, impregnation to withstand ignition in contact with open fire, advanced cleaning products for the consumer market and disinfection applications - all absolute free from any classified hazardous chemicals, according to ECHA/REACH pesticide register, in nature biodegradable.

    MHE liquids and powder product developments.

  • The MHE consist of
  • 1.) active and preventive fire fighting products
  • 2.) impregnation of synthetic materials - polymer, plastic and fibres.

  • MHE FF respectively MHE PFF aimed for wild forest fire fighting, without polluting ground water and agriculture soil, saving lives and properties.

  • MHE powder product formulas regarding impregnation to withstand ignition in contact with open flames concerning
    PU-foam (MDI/TDI), PU-resin, PVC-film, soft PVC, PVC-resin, Polyester, Polyamide, EPDM-rubber etc.

  • PU-foam respectively PVC-film impregnated with MHE powder products have been tested and certified by the Swedish accredited fire safety test institute RISE (www.ri.se) in accordance with the European fire safety standard regarding construction materials.

  • Products, without any classified hazardous chemicals, in accordance with ECHA/REACH pesticide register, including the Swedish Chemicals Agency pesticide register.

  • Bio-Eco liquid products
  • Bio-Eco modified cellulose (cellulose carboxy) represent a broad spectrum of stand-alone products, aimed for cleaning of heavily soiled surfaces, both for housholds, as well as for industrial applications.
    But also, products for impregnation of natural fiber materials, to withstand ignition in contact with open flames, respectively black mould, algae, fungus, rot attacks etc.
    Furthermore, disinfection liquid to get rid of multiresistent staphylococcus bacteria & E-coli bacteria

    Trulstech Group have the pleasure to announce the product development of a special modified cellulose technology - cellulose carboxy - absolutely free from any classified hazardous chemicals.
    The special modified cellulose product technology is based on recycling of forest waste materials.
    Instead of burning forest waste materials, adding CO2 emission to the environment, cellulose is refined, brought and modified meeting different product application requirements, both as chemical additives for impregnation to withstand ignition in contact with open flames, respectively to withstand black-mould, algae, fungus and rot attacks.

    Excellent results have been achieved.

    For example, products developed for

  • disinfection to get rid of multiresistent staphylococcus bacteria (MRSA) and E-coli bacteria
  • cleaning of heavily soiled industrial floors (motor oil; lubricant, grease) and painted surfaces - walls and ceilings.

  • impregnation of food packages made of natural fibre materials to withstand thermal heat energy from microwave oven (900W/2 min) or convection oven (+200'C/20 min),
    including capability being stored in freezer or refrigerator, are another successful product application of the special modified cellulose developed.

    Bio-Eco TT-products might require two steps production line.
    The first step - extraction of cellulose/lignin - followed by an instant production line.
