PARADIGM SHIFT
The MHE liquid product is developed with focus on wild forest fire fighting.
However, the MHE liquid even has been sucessfully tested to meet the demands on impregnation of cigarette wrap and filter, only required 5 wt% (weight percent) added.
The MHE powder products are aimed for impregnation of synthetic polymers, plastics
and fibre materials to withstand ignition in contact with open flames.
Bio-Eco liquid products are aimed for impregnation of natural fibre materials, like timber, wood, paper, cotton, hemp, jute etc.
Both Bio-Eco and MHE products that have impregnated different host materials, have been successfully laboratory tested.
The results have convinced potential customers to proceed scaling-up the Bio-Eco product impregnation from
laboratory test trials to an industrial small scale processing.
It takes time to go from laboratory test trials via fire safety standard
certifications by accredited test institutes, up to full scale industrial
production test trial.
It is obvious that after 20 years of product development, MHE powder products finally are
at right time to market.
Bio-Eco - the modified cellulose - was developed in year 2019, but has already achieved to be at the right time to market.
Primarily, it is Bio-Eco impregnation of natural fibre products that has opened-up the market interest in absolute toxic-free chemical composition products, hereby offered.
INSPIRED BY NATURE
Both Bio-Eco and MHE products are developed, inspired from the nature, based on a low carbon
sustainable innovation product technology.
Technologies that open-up for new types of cost-effective, without any classified hazardous chemicals, in nature biodegradable chemical additives, good alternatives to many of the harmful flame retardants frequently
utilized today.
Neither MHE powder products nor Bio-Eco liquid products seem to make any harm to any of the respectively impregnated host materials, in
terms of functionality or mechanical property.
